With a powerhouse eCommerce presence, a rapidly expanding retail footprint, and a strong network of waxing professionals, we’re disrupting the skincare industry in a big way.

At Bushbalm, you’ll join a fast-moving, passionate team where innovation, collaboration, and career growth go hand in hand. If you're ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

Why Join Bushbalm?

  • Be part of a rapidly growing and innovative skincare brand making waves in the beauty industry.
  • Work in a collaborative and fun environment that values creativity and fresh ideas.
  • Gain strong opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • Help expand a brand that is available in Ulta Beauty locations nationwide and 25,000+ waxing salons.

About the Role:

Bushbalm is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic PRO accounts. This role is responsible for acquiring new Key Accounts, as well as driving revenue by identifying growth opportunities within the existing portfolio. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development, the Key Account Manager will develop account strategies, manage launches and promotions, support forecasting, and ensure each partner is positioned for sustainable growth.

The role is a new role. It will be reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager.

The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 CAD plus bonus.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Build a pipeline of new key accounts by researching leads, creating target lists, and reaching out to warm and cold prospects to meet new account goals.
  • Pitch and negotiate new contracts in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Finance.
  • Own and nurture relationships with Bushbalm’s highest-value esthetician, spa, and salon accounts as their primary point of contact.
  • Own revenue and growth targets across an assigned portfolio, with account plans focused on retention, reorder frequency, product adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Grow existing accounts by increasing order frequency, average order value, and product assortment, including new products, professional sizes, bundles, and retail offerings.
  • Help high-potential accounts grow into larger strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor purchasing behaviour and account health to spot early signs of churn, and re-engage declining accounts with proactive retention strategies.
  • Become an expert on Bushbalm products and professional protocols, and teach partners how to use them in treatments and recommend them to clients.
  • Keep partners informed about product launches, promotions, and educational opportunities, and work with Marketing and Education to develop resources that support their success.
  • Gather partner feedback and share insights to inform product, marketing, education, and channel strategy.
  • Stay on top of trends in the professional beauty and esthetics industry, attending trade shows and industry events as required.
  • Advocate internally for professional partners’ needs and help improve the overall customer experience.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while driving account growth and retention.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and working toward revenue, retention, and growth targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions that support their business.
  • Comfortable using sales and account data to identify trends, opportunities, and at-risk accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Determined and persistent in pursuing goals, with a hunter mentality.
  • Must be able to travel within Canada and to the U.S., with valid travel documents (e.g., passport and driver’s license)

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Strong understanding of the professional beauty landscape, including estheticians, spas, salons, and other service-based beauty businesses.
  • Experience with CRM, e-commerce, or wholesale platforms.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options where applicable).
  • Health and wellness benefits, including a lifestyle spending account.
  • Professional development opportunities to support career growth.
  • Free access to our award-winning products.
  • Inclusive and dynamic company culture with team-building events
