Job description

Magnific is a global leader in visual content and AI-powered creativity, on a mission to democratize design and unlock creative potential at scale. With over 1 million monthly subscribers worldwide, we’re redefining how individuals and enterprises create, scale, and innovate with AI.

As we accelerate our enterprise expansion, we are building a team of Global Key Account Managers to own and grow relationships with some of the world’s most strategic companies.

🌟 Position Overview

We are hiring high-impact, strategic sellers to manage and expand a portfolio of our most important global accounts — including both new logo targets and existing enterprise customers.

You will own a named list of 20–30 top-tier global organizations, with full accountability for driving revenue across initial landings and long-term expansion. This role requires a combination of hunter mindset and strategic account leadership, with deep multithreading, executive engagement, and value-based selling at its core.

You will work closely with leadership on deal strategy, negotiation, and executive alignment, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that resonate at the highest levels.

📍Remote role based in Toronto, reporting to US & APAC Sales Leadership.

🔥 The Opportunity

The creative industry is being fundamentally reshaped by AI. Traditional production models are giving way to faster, more scalable, and cost-efficient ways of creating content.

Magnific is at the center of this transformation.

This role is an opportunity to work with some of the world’s most influential brands, agencies, and studios — helping them redefine how creativity is produced and scaled.

We are looking for individuals who can navigate complex global organizations, engage at the C-suite level, and drive meaningful, long-term partnerships.

📍 What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute a strategic GTM plan for a portfolio of 20–30 global key accounts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each account’s business priorities, structure, and growth strategy.

  • Drive both new business (land) and expansion (expand) across regions, business units, and subsidiaries.

  • Proactively prospect and build pipeline within large enterprise organizations.

  • Apply MEDDPICC rigor, mapping stakeholders, building champions, and managing complex deal cycles.

  • Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, positioning Magnific as a strategic partner.

  • Partner with internal creative and product teams to deliver tailored, high-impact demos.

  • Own the full sales cycle, including deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.

  • Translate customer workflows and KPIs into clear ROI-driven value propositions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and long-term growth.

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of closing and expanding large enterprise SaaS deals at a global level.

  • Experience managing strategic accounts with complex structures and multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in MEDDPICC, multithreading, and complex deal orchestration.

  • Ability to understand and align with customer strategic priorities and translate them into commercial opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong executive presence.

  • Highly driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in high-growth, performance-driven environments.

  • Resilient and persistent, with a strong hunter mentality combined with relationship depth.

  • Curious and adaptable, with interest in AI and creative technology.

  • Team-oriented, coachable, and focused on continuous improvement.

✨ Why join Magnific

  • Remote role based in Toronto, Canada.

  • Private health insurance fully covered for you and your family.

  • Work alongside a world-class team of AI experts and creative technologists.

  • 23 days of vacation + December 24th and 31st off.

  • Your birthday off.

  • Flexible work environment.

  • Continuous learning and access to cutting-edge AI tools.

  • Free access to Magnific premium products.
