Are you Generally Happy! Do you work Hard? Will you show up at work each day? If you answer yes to all of these 3 questions, you are already along ways through the application process!

The average person spends over 90,000 hours at work in their lifetime. This is obviously a huge portion of our lives. Those hours aren't just about making money anymore, they are about being a part of a team, making a contribution to your community, and feeling proud of what you do at the end of the day.

The Grounds Guys of Abbotsford respects your need for flexible scheduling, your need to feel like you are part of a great team, your need to create and maintain something beautiful, and your need to give back to the community. We have numerous positions available right now, and we are looking for great people with a positive attitude, that want to contribute to a hard working team.

At The Grounds Guys® we believe in giving everyone a shot. That’s why we have flexible hours to help you navigate the other things in your life – like school, family or even another job.

And there’s potential for everyone to grow within an independently owned and operated The Grounds Guys® franchise and make a career out of it. All in a culture that’s as tight as family.

The Grounds Guys of Abbotsford is a rapidly expanding, locally owned company. We are always looking to expand our team with persons who would be looking to grow their career path with us. We are seeking out the individuals that we feel will be able to make the most difference to our company and are most aligned with our values. As we grow, there will be opportunities in small engine maintenance, Irrigation maintenance, Fertilization, and landscape installation.

We are looking for people who are looking to be paid fairly, consistently, and on time (by direct deposit!), and who want to become part of a bigger team with the greater purpose of doing a fanatically amazing job for our clients.

At The Grounds Guys, we do our best to cross train our team members so that they are equipped to take on additional responsibilities in their future. We are developing a team culture that does not hinge on any one person. We will learn together, work hard together, and make money together. Our company embraces people that like being in the outdoors and value looking back on a successful day. We do all of this so that we can maintain impeccable properties and share our culture of C.A.R.E. by Creating a Remarkable Experience everyday for our staff and clients. If you are the best at what you do, we would love to have you aboard our team. We now also offer an inhouse benefits package for our staff including our flexible personal wellness benefit!

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience, including education in a relative field of study. This individual will understand and appreciate working in hot, cold, wet, and perfect sunny days. You are also a person that presents solutions rather than problems and are seeking to learn something new everyday. Transportation to and from our site in Abbotsford is a must for this position.

The position(s) that we are always looking to fill are FULL TIME or REGULAR PART TIME and include the following responsibilities:

Mowing, Trimming, Gardening, Pruning, General Clean up

Project/landscape construction work

BENEFITS: See Below

ONLY THOSE THAT APPLY ONLINE will be considered. And only those most qualified will be contacted for an interview.

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A WAY TO GET TO OUR SITE IN EAST ABBOTSFORD EVERY DAY!
