• Conduct daily inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment located within the building, including rooftop equipment, sprinkler rooms and systems, elevator machine rooms, mechanical rooms and equipment, electrical rooms and vaults, and any other related equipment.
• Assist with the cleaning/maintenance of building exterior grounds, sidewalks, parkades and loading bays including removal of litter and leaves from curbs and parking areas, clearing snow as required from entrances, driveways and sidewalks and apply ice-melt as required to keep the areas free from obstacles.

• Monitor inventory of supplies and maintenance items and, as required, within the scope of responsibilities and the Manager’s authorization, issue purchase orders for goods and services.
• Keep the workshops and storage areas in an organized, clean and safe manner.
