  • Monitor program performance across channels and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Partner with Donor Services and other internal teams to support data integrity, accurate segmentation, timely reporting, and reliable campaign analysis
  • Apply donor persona insights to support revenue forecasting, portfolio planning, and growth opportunities across annual giving programs
  • Support sustainable revenue growth through a balanced and diversified annual giving program

Donor Growth and Engagement

  • Lead donor acquisition, retention, renewal, and upgrade strategies to strengthen annual giving performance and long-term donor value
  • Review campaign results, donor response, donor personas, and program trends to inform decisions and future planning
  • Provide regular reporting on annual giving performance, revenue results, and donor engagement outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, donor experience, donor journey touchpoints, and program processes

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Provide leadership through cross-functional collaboration, program ownership, and coordination across the Annual Giving portfolio, influencing shared priorities and integrated ways of working
  • Support clear priorities, accountability, issue-solving, and disciplined execution within the Foundation’s EOS operating model
  • Work closely with Brand, Finance, Philanthropy, Donor Services, and other internal partners to deliver integrated annual giving initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships across departments to connect annual giving strategies with broader donor engagement, communications, and fundraising priorities
  • Manage, coach, and support team members, if applicable, to ensure work is aligned, timely, and effective
  • Contribute to departmental and Foundation-wide goals
  • Promote alignment with Foundation values, policies, and practices

Who You Are:

You are a strategic and collaborative fundraising professional with experience leading annual giving programs that drive donor growth, revenue, and engagement. You bring strong judgment, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate donor insight, data, and organizational priorities into action.

You are comfortable leading multi-channel fundraising initiatives, influencing across teams, strengthening integrated ways of working, and balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You Offer:
