What You'll Be Working On

  • Execute floor sets, seasonal transitions, promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising initiatives across QE Home stores.
  • Bring visual standards to life through product placement, bed styling, signage, fixture placement, and overall store presentation.
  • Adapt visual merchandising plans to different store layouts while maintaining brand consistency and creating an inviting shopping experience.
  • Partner with District Managers and store teams to coordinate merchandising initiatives, provide hands-on support, and coach teams on visual standards.
  • Visit stores across Canada to assess visual presentation, identify opportunities for improvement, and share feedback and recommendations.
  • Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, store refreshes, and special merchandising projects.
  • Use sales reporting, store observations, and field insights to identify opportunities to strengthen visual presentation and business results.
  • Travel regularly across Canada, including overnight travel as required.

What Will Set You Up for Success

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising, with experience supporting floor sets, seasonal transitions, or store openings considered an asset.
  • A passion for home décor and styling, with a strong eye for colour, balance, and product presentation.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support stores with physically active merchandising tasks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to coach and collaborate with store teams.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities and store environments.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role that includes lifting merchandise, styling beds, and using ladders.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation is required.

How We Invest in You

  • Competitive salary: The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per annum.
    • The final salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • Team member discount program
  • Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
  • Free on-site parking
  • Positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Support and mentorship from leadership
  • Referral bonus program (up to $500)
