• 5+ years of experience integrating, testing, or operating networks in an internet service provider or telecommunications environment.

• Understanding of service provider network and service design is a plus.

• Strong expertise in IP routing (BGP, OSPF), Layer 2 technologies (VLAN/802.1Q, QinQ, LACP, MSTP), network overlays (VXLAN, MPLS), IP multicast (IGMP, PIM), and vBNG functions (subscriber management, PPPoE/IPoE, QoS enforcement), including design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Strong Linux networking skills and the ability to troubleshoot routing, interfaces, packet captures, firewalls, tunnels, timing, and performance issues.

• Experience with Wireshark or equivalent tools for packet and protocol analysis.

• Ability to understand technical documentation, including network protocol standards and RFCs, software and hardware configuration guides, schematics, work instructions, and test procedures.

• Ability to develop and present technical solutions to customers and internal teams.

• Experience in pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and feasibility analysis, is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Business-level fluency in English, written and verbal, is a must.
