At Royal Inland Hospital, you’ll have dedicated clinic space and administrative support in the Clinical Services Building, with access to an on-site electrophysiology lab. You’ll work alongside an established neurology group and a broad range of hospital specialists.

RIH has a state-of-the-art ICU, a recently renovated ER that has led the way in EMR documentation in BC, and newly developed Rapid Access Cardiology and Internal Medicine outpatient services that work alongside Neurology in the CSB.

Participation in the Interior Health regional Neurology call schedule is an expectation of this position. Locums will contribute to virtual regional call coverage and provide neurological consultation and support across Interior Health sites, in accordance with the established regional service model and call schedule.

You might decide to turn this locum into a permanent position after you have had the opportunity to meet the collegial medical team and get a sense of both the medical community and Kamloops.
