  • RRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.
  • Enjoy three weeks of vacation, six flex days, and a one-week paid company-wide holiday shutdown.
  • $1,000 annual professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth.
  • Dress for your day in a casual, professional environment.

  • Expedite material deliveries to support project schedules and key milestones.
  • Coordinate project material design changes across engineering, sourcing, and suppliers to mitigate delays and maintain project momentum.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing spreadsheets to track project costs, monitor budget adherence, and provide financial visibility to the core project team.
  • Delegate strategic sourcing activities, including requests for quotation, formal pricing negotiations, and supplier relationship management, to the Strategic Sourcing team while ensuring deliverables align with project schedules.
  • Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle for materials, tooling, and non-recurring engineering, including confirming receipt, resolving Accounts Payable issues, and maintaining material item master data.
  • Participate in NPI core-team activities, build strong cross-functional relationships, and reinforce project-level objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in NPI procurement or an equivalent project-focused procurement role.
  • 3 to 5 years of project or program management experience in the data centre, technology, or a related industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Supply Chain Management Professional certification or Project Management Professional certification.
  • Experience managing comprehensive project procurement activities and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience facilitating procurement activities while tracking overall project performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to respond to changing requirements, design iterations, and evolving priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, delegate effectively, and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, expedite deliverables, and maintain commitments in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Critical-thinking and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and question information logically.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
