We are looking for a commercially minded partnership professional to help expand a leading SaaS platform’s presence in the North American medical aesthetics market. In this fully remote role, you will build strategic relationships with skincare and injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, industry associations, and education providers. You will turn these partnerships into measurable business opportunities through joint marketing initiatives, events, referrals, and collaborative sales activities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and regional partner teams, you will help generate qualified leads, strengthen market visibility, and drive recurring revenue. The role combines relationship management and business development with hands-on execution and regular industry travel. It offers an opportunity to help shape the partnership strategy in a growing market while building a strong network across the medspa community.
Accountabilities
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential partners, including skincare and injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, professional associations, education providers, consultants, and complementary technology businesses.
Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, understand their commercial priorities, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Design and execute joint initiatives such as co-marketing campaigns, webinars, educational events, sales activities, and regional programs.
Generate qualified leads, new business opportunities, and recurring revenue through partner channels.
Work closely with Sales to ensure partner-generated leads are qualified, followed up promptly, and converted into customers.
Present the platform’s value proposition confidently to medspa owners, operators, clinicians, and practice leaders.
Monitor partner engagement and performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive stronger commercial outcomes.
Develop and maintain a healthy partnership pipeline, tracking progress against agreed business objectives.
Build relationships with regional partner teams in key US markets, including Tennessee, Florida, California, Chicago, Arizona, Houston, New York, and Utah.
Represent the business at industry conferences, trade shows, workshops, partner events, and regional gatherings.
Organize and deliver joint events, educational sessions, product demonstrations, and other activities that strengthen industry relationships and generate opportunities.
Ensure leads generated through events and partnerships are accurately recorded and followed up to maximize conversion.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and global Partnerships teams on campaigns, webinars, educational content, customer stories, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Share partner feedback, customer insights, and market trends to help refine the business's approach to the medspa sector.
Track partner activity, lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer conversions, and recurring revenue.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage multiple partner initiatives, timelines, and priorities to ensure consistent execution.
At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or consultative B2B sales.
Experience in the medspa, medical aesthetics, skincare, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
Proven ability to develop and execute partnerships that generate qualified leads, grow sales pipelines, and deliver measurable commercial results.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging industry partners, business owners, clinicians, and senior decision-makers.
A commercially driven mindset, with experience identifying opportunities, managing partner performance, and contributing to revenue growth.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to represent a business at industry events and partner meetings.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, particularly when coordinating campaigns, events, and multiple partnership initiatives.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and build processes without relying on an established playbook.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other business teams.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and monitor commercial performance.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the United States for partner meetings, conferences, and regional industry events.
Nice to have: An established network in the North American medspa, aesthetics, or skincare industry.
Additional experience working with skincare or injectable brands, device manufacturers, distributors, professional associations, or clinical education providers.
Experience developing regional partnership programs, supporting market expansion, or delivering partner-led marketing, co-selling, educational events, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Fully remote working arrangement, with the role open to candidates in Canada and the United States.
Employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short-term disability, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Wellness perks and support for employee wellbeing.
Optional benefits, including a 401(k) plan and upgraded insurance options.
Career development resources, including access to an in-house Learning and Development/business coach and online learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
Regular social events and opportunities to build connections with colleagues.
