PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Cosmetic Physician Partners | Montréal, QC | Full time | Travel 5 to 8 nights per month

THE ROLE

As a Practice Development Consultant, you’ll act as an internal consultant to understand practice performance, identify opportunities, and recommend prioritized paths to growth.

Somewhere in our network, a clinic has already solved a problem another clinic is struggling with today. Your job is to find it, understand what is driving the difference and determine what can be replicated elsewhere.

You’ll use KPI dashboards, practice insights and direct observation to identify performance gaps and develop hypotheses about what is driving them. You’ll work with clinic teams and subject matter experts to test those hypotheses, identify proven practices and recommend the highest-impact path forward.

You’ll report to the Director of GTM Strategy & Implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze clinic performance to identify gaps, barriers and growth opportunities across areas such as patient conversion, retention, provider productivity and patient experience.
  • Diagnose what is driving performance and prioritize the opportunities with the greatest potential impact.
  • Recommend the right path forward, including existing GTM programs, playbooks and resources or where a new solution may be needed.
  • Identify high-performing clinics and internal subject matter experts who can help uncover what drives stronger results.
  • Lead site visits to observe workflows, interview teams and determine what can be replicated across the network.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Innovation Board and senior stakeholders, backed by evidence.
  • Partner with GTM and subject matter experts to codify proven practices and inform the development or evolution of network playbooks and tools.
  • Surface recurring performance gaps and proven practices that can inform broader GTM priorities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into sharp hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize what will have the greatest impact.
  • The ability to earn trust quickly with frontline teams and senior leaders alike.
  • The judgment to identify the right internal experts and rally teams around a shared opportunity.
  • Experience translating insights into practical processes, tools, or SOPs.
  • Clear, concise communication, including presenting to executives or a board.
  • Willingness to travel 2–8 nights per month, including to clinics in the U.S. and Europe.
  • A bachelor’s degree. An MBA is an asset.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or other multi-location service businesses.
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management.

WHAT MAKES THE ROLE DIFFERENT

  • International scope, Montreal home base: Based in Montreal but working across US clinics, you get the lifestyle of one market and the scale of another.
  • Work alongside top providers: Partner directly with some of the most respected doctors and providers in US medical aesthetics, surgical aesthetics, and wellness.
  • On-the-ground integration: Approximately 25% of your time is spent in clinics, traveling to practices, embedding with their teams, and shaping strategy with real context, not from behind a screen.
  • Real perks: Experience the treatments yourself at our clinics (injectables, lasers, facials, wellness services, and more) and enjoy corporate discounts on the premium retail brands we carry in clinic. You'll know the work because you've lived it.
  • A fast, dynamic category: Medical aesthetics and wellness are evolving faster than almost any other corner of the beauty industry. Expect new devices, services, and trends every quarter, and the opportunity to influence how leading clinics respond to them.
