Because this role is new, you'll have the freedom to put your own stamp on it, helping define best practices and establish a framework that supports future growth.
You'll also become part of a highly collaborative culture that encourages the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and best practices across facilities globally.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $92,000
- RRSP Matching Program

- Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and support a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Measure, track, and communicate project results and performance metrics to leadership.
- Champion a culture where continuous improvement is embraced at every level of the organization.

- Professional proficiency in English.
- Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
