POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Lifecycle Manager manages and streamlines our product development and launch processes in Monday.com. This role is essential for ensuring timely execution across multiple departments—including Product Development, Design, Graphics, Purchasing, Photography, Marketing, Content and Operations. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of each product, brand, and seasonal collection, ensuring that teams stay aligned, deadlines are met, and launches happen smoothly. This role requires strong authority, clear communication, and accountability to keep projects on track and to foster buy-in across teams. This role reports to the Vice President of Creative.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Scheduling:
Create, maintain, and optimize project timelines and milestones for each brand and product line using Monday.com. Develop clear schedules for product cycles that coordinate resources across teams, including Product Development, Design, Graphics, Photography, Purchasing, Marketing and Operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between departments, ensuring all teams are informed of project goals, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate seamless communication and alignment between Product Development, Design, Graphics, Marketing and other critical teams.

Meeting Coordination:
Set up, schedule, and lead key meetings, ensuring that each department is aware of their roles and deliverables at each stage. Coordinate regular check-ins and milestone reviews, providing essential updates and ensuring alignment on timelines and objectives.

Accountability & Deadline Management:
Own project accountability across departments by monitoring progress, flagging risks, and driving solutions to keep projects on schedule in Monday.com. Provide authoritative guidance to team leads and individual contributors to meet milestones and resolve blockers.

Monday.com Platform Management:
Manage and optimize Monday.com as the central project tracking and communication tool, effectively using it as a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platform. Regularly update task assignments, track deliverables, and configure workflows to reflect the specific needs of our product development cycles. Process arbitration and implementation are an integral part of the role.

Milestone Tracking & Reporting:
Track and report on key milestones and deliverables, ensuring visibility for leadership and team members. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and action plans to keep everyone informed and engaged.

Risk Management:
Identify potential delays or issues and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track. Resolve bottlenecks, clarify priorities, and pivot resources as needed to ensure product launches meet quality and timeline expectations.

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency, reduce project lead times, and enhance team accountability. Implement best practices in project tracking, communication, and cross-functional alignment.

THE EXPERIENCE OF A STRONG CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a product-focused role within consumer goods, fashion, or home textiles.

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in driving accountability and alignment across multiple departments, including Design, Product Development, Graphics, and Operations.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator with an assertive yet collaborative style, able to build buy-in and consensus.
