Job description

Who we are:

At SpotHero, we work as a team to empower people to get everywhere, easier! We’re rapidly growing with the mission of bringing the parking industry into the future through technology. Drivers across the nation use the SpotHero mobile app or website to reserve convenient, affordable parking in advance, on-the-go, or through their connected cars, and parking companies rely on us to help them reach new customers while optimizing their business. We connect the dots with cutting-edge technology, delivering value to both sides of this exciting, evolving marketplace. We’ve been quite busy; take a peek at some of our recent announcements.

Product Manager at SpotHero:

The Product Manager, Acquisition owns and executes on opportunities to bring new drivers to SpotHero. You'll own the acquisition roadmap, partner with product leadership on strategy, and work to foster first impressions that turn into a first booking. While the charter is acquisition, the canvas is every place a driver could discover SpotHero before they've ever heard of us. Expect to ideate expansively across SEO/AEO, landing pages, and search funnel experiences to give drivers everything they need to make a purchase decision. This role also works across partner distribution channels through white label or co-branded landing pages, widgets, and anywhere else we can hand partners a way to list SpotHero parking on their own site. You’ll bring all of these touchpoints together into a cohesive strategy to grow new users on SpotHero.

What will you do:

  • Own the Roadmap: Build and manage a quarterly roadmap for user acquisition, that ladders up to the broader company strategy.
  • Run the experimentation engine: Form hypotheses, design and launch A/B tests, and iterate quickly to improve new-user conversion.
  • Drive Decisions: Bring the right stakeholders together, dig into the “why” behind their asks, and drive to clear decisions that keep work moving.
  • Partner on Discovery: Work closely with product design on customer interviews, competitive research, and own funnel analyses to find and size new acquisition opportunities.
  • Measure and Communicate Impact: Define success metrics up front, track results, share learnings and roadmap updates with stakeholders and leadership.

Who you are:

  • Execution-Oriented: You get things shipped, keep your team unblocked, and sweat the details.
  • Curious Builder: You’re comfortable talking to customers and using data to validate ideas before building. You’re quick to drop what isn’t working.
  • Prioritizes Business Impact: You weigh business value against cost when deciding which opportunities to tackle, whether the idea comes from the team or a stakeholder.
  • Systems Thinker: You understand the nature of a two-sided marketplace. You see how a change in the driver’s search experience impacts the operator’s remit and the support team’s contact rate.
  • Sound Judgement: You make good decisions with incomplete information and know when to move fast versus when you escalate or de-risk.
  • Mission-Driven: You define and track success metrics aligned with the company mission, informed by research, data, and business needs.

The following experience is relevant to us:

  • 2-4 years in product management, with a record of shipping and iterating on consumer or client-facing products.
  • Hands-on experience shipping and iterating on landing pages and search funnels, with a working knowledge of SEO is a strong plus.
  • Experimentation and Analytical skills: Experience with A/B testing platforms and product analytics (Mixpanel, Optimizely, Looker) and behavioral research methods.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable working with engineers on APIs and system design tradeoffs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within a tech company.

We don’t expect you to check all of the boxes! If you meet a few of them or are interested, still apply! We'd love to meet you + hear how you can help SpotHero drive into the future.
