Job description

Who we are

At WELLSTAR, we are committed to reshaping Canadian healthcare by leveraging technology to address the administrative burdens that pull physicians away from their true calling—patient care. Our mission is to support providers and patients, shifting the emphasis back to quality, timeliness, and positive outcomes. With a comprehensive suite of technology solutions, we have successfully helped thousands of providers adopt and benefit from modern, interoperable technologies that improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.

Whether you are in research and development, administration, communications, operations leadership, or technology, joining us now is an opportunity to play a critical role in transforming how healthcare is managed and experienced in Canada.

The opportunity

WELLSTAR, a majority-owned subsidiary of WELL Health Technologies Corp, is a high-growth SaaS company focused on reshaping healthcare through digital enablement. Our innovative solutions streamline care delivery, integrate healthcare systems, and improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the VP Marketing, we are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our Nexus AI™ platform. You will translate complex clinical AI capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with clinicians, clinic administrators, and health system buyers. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you will shape product positioning, develop sales enablement materials, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, support the sales cycle, and generate demand. From refining our market messaging to bringing campaigns, events, and webinars to life, you will connect product capabilities with customer needs and commercial priorities.

This role is ideally hybrid and based in Toronto, with remote work considered as a secondary option for candidates based elsewhere in Canada.

What’s in it for you

Shape how clinical AI reaches the market. You will play a central role in positioning Nexus AI™ and helping healthcare buyers understand how its capabilities can address real clinical and operational challenges. Your work will shape how we communicate the product’s value, build buyer confidence, and support adoption across the Canadian healthcare landscape.

Connect product strategy with commercial growth. You will work at the intersection of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, helping turn product capabilities and customer insights into effective messaging, sales tools, and campaigns. You will see how your work supports conversations with prospective customers, strengthens the sales process, and contributes to demand generation.

Own the work from idea to execution. This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will help shape positioning and campaign priorities while taking ownership of messaging and positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and performance reporting. You will have the opportunity to test ideas, learn from results, and continuously improve how Nexus AI™ is brought to market.

As our new Product Marketing Manager you will:

  • Position the product. You will translate Nexus AI™’s capabilities into clear, audience-specific value propositions for clinicians, clinic administrators, and health system buyers. You will develop and maintain consistent messaging across website copy, sales collateral, campaigns, and in-product touchpoints, using your understanding of the Canadian digital health and clinical AI landscape to keep our positioning relevant and credible.
  • Equip the sales team. You will partner with Product Management and Sales to develop and maintain competitive comparisons, objection-handling guides, pitch decks, one-pagers, and demo narratives. You will ensure sales materials clearly communicate the product’s value, address customer questions, and support conversations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate demand generation campaigns. You will work with the Content & Digital Marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app experiences, paid social, webinars, and content. You will coordinate campaign activities to reach the right audiences with consistent messaging and support awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Own the content calendar. Working with the Content & Digital Marketing team, you will manage the Nexus AI™ content calendar to support product launches, customer education, and sales conversations. This includes case studies, blogs, white papers, launch content, and other materials that turn complex product information into clear, persuasive stories for prospective buyers.
  • Bring Nexus AI to industry audiences. You will provide direction on the platform’s presence at relevant industry events and webinars, coordinating messaging, content, and supporting materials to ensure a consistent experience. You will help identify opportunities to connect with healthcare audiences and communicate the value of clinical AI.
  • Measure and improve performance. You will track and report on key performance indicators including revenue and pipeline impact, launch and go-to-market effectiveness and sales enablement and field adoption, identifying what is working, refining your approach, and making informed recommendations about future marketing priorities.

You bring:

  • The product marketing experience. You have experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technical or regulated industry. You understand how to connect product capabilities with customer needs, develop differentiated positioning, and translate messaging into marketing activities that support commercial outcomes.
  • The ability to make complex ideas clear. You are a strong writer who can turn technical product information into compelling, accessible messaging for different audiences. You can adapt your approach across channels, from website copy and sales collateral to campaign content, case studies, and webinar materials, while maintaining a consistent product story.
  • The sales enablement skills. You have experience developing materials that help sales teams communicate value, respond to objections, and move customer conversations forward. You understand the importance of working closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure collateral reflects product capabilities, competitive context, and the questions buyers need answered.
  • The campaign and analytical skills. You have experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and understand how different digital marketing tactics work together to build awareness, engagement, and demand. You are comfortable using marketing and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to track results, report on performance, and identify opportunities to improve.
  • The ownership and adaptability. You can manage multiple priorities independently, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You are comfortable navigating changing priorities, coordinating external partners, and keeping projects moving with minimal supervision. You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn about emerging AI capabilities and how to communicate their value credibly.
  • The collaborative approach. You build productive relationships across Product, Sales, and Marketing, bringing people together around shared goals and clear messaging. You are comfortable giving direction to external partners, communicating expectations, and using feedback to improve the work. You can move between strategic discussions and detailed execution while remaining focused on outcomes.
