We empower industry-leading brands to navigate change, strategize, and build extraordinary custom experiences. In a landscape defined by human and machine collaboration, we bridge the gap between complex AI and beautiful product design. From strategy to implementation, our 750+ global experts deliver intelligent solutions trusted by 500 million people.

About The Role

This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Senior Specialist, Digital; working primarily in a strategic leadership capacity across client engagements. As a Program Manager, you excel at orchestrating complex, multi-stream programs that deliver exceptional digital and AI products and experiences, while driving alignment between client business goals and cross-functional project teams.

You are a strategic thinker with a high capacity for navigating ambiguity. You bring a strong ability to manage portfolios of projects, oversee large-scale budgets, and mitigate risks across multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. You are comfortable advising senior client stakeholders and are motivated to elevate both your team’s delivery performance and your consulting expertise.

In this high-impact role, you will lead the evolution of client engagements, guiding programs from initial strategy and discovery through to successful delivery, while contributing to broader digital consulting initiatives including organizational transformation, portfolio management, and process governance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage complex, multi-stream digital and AI programs, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated digital solutions
  • Own the program lifecycle, including high-level roadmapping, resourcing strategies, financial oversight, and scope management across multiple workstreams
  • Drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams (Strategy, UX Design, and Technology), fostering collaboration and removing high-level blockers
  • Act as the strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on business objectives, and proactive issue resolution
  • Identify systemic risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies to keep programs on track and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to interpret complex business challenges and translate them into actionable, multi-phase delivery roadmaps
  • Facilitate and lead high-level workshops, including executive steering committees, strategic discovery, and portfolio planning sessions
  • Oversee the structure of presentations, program reports, and other key client-facing deliverables, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, preferably within a digital agency or consulting environment
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional digital programs (design and/or technology)
  • Strong mastery of project management methodologies and portfolio management best practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex budgets, resource allocation, and program scope effectively
  • Strong track record in executive-level communication and stakeholder management
  • A demonstrable passion for digital transformation, user experience, and modern technology
  • A commitment to continuous learning about emerging technology, especially AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for high-level detail
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven strategic decisions
  • Self-motivated leader with a desire to foster high-performing teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and independently
  • Confident in presenting and leading executive-level discussions

Perks and Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits Package
  • Socials, Outings & Retreats
  • Retirement Planning
  • Parental Leave Program
  • Culture of Learning & Development
  • Flexible Working Hours
  • Work from Home Flexibility
  • Service Recognition Programs
