  • Partner with project management, engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams to strengthen project performance, reporting, forecasting and decision-making.
  • Lead and develop project controls professionals, supporting resource planning, quality reviews, knowledge sharing and consistent delivery across projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes, tools, reporting and governance, helping build strong and consistent project delivery practices.

  • U.S. regulatory experience is an asset, with demonstrated experience supporting complex projects subject to applicable U.S. regulatory requirements.
  • Strong full-lifecycle project experience, spanning detailed engineering, procurement and construction. Hands-on experience supporting projects through these phases is highly desirable.
  • Relevant sector experience in data centres, warehouses and commercial developments, power and energy, and/or solar and renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
  • Advanced cost and project controls expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis, change control, cost reporting and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Strong construction and commercial understanding, including experience working with construction, procurement and commercial teams and understanding the impact of contracts, procurement, project changes and construction progress on project performance.
  • Demonstrated project controls leadership experience, including leading, mentoring or developing professionals, reviewing deliverables and promoting consistent project controls practices.
  • A university degree in engineering, finance, project management or a related discipline.
