  • Coordinate field labour, supervision, subcontractors, materials, equipment, travel, and site access requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, including labour productivity, costs, schedule, gross margin, billing, and cash collection.
  • Identify scope changes, prepare change orders, and ensure additional work is documented and approved.
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to identify commercial and execution risks.
  • Work with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals, budgets, schedules, clarifications, and execution strategies.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, forecasting updates, and project closeout meetings.
  • Provide leadership and support to field supervisors and crews by removing roadblocks, clarifying priorities, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress at customer sites.
  • Ensure project activities comply with Sabre's safety, quality, environmental, and project management requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including correspondence, meeting minutes, progress reports, cost reports, change logs, completion records, and turnover packages.
  • Coordinate invoices and ensure completed work is billed accurately and promptly.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and support account growth with existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide regular project reporting to divisional leadership and escalate emerging risks in a timely manner.
  • Travel to customer sites as required, including occasional overnight travel.
