- Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related field; PMP designation is an asset
Attributes
- You stay on top of multiple active projects at once and keep clients and general contractors informed without waiting to be asked
- You take ownership of budget and schedule performance and are comfortable explaining variances and corrective actions when they come up
- You build working relationships with clients, GCs, and trades that make projects easier to run and set the foundation for repeat work
- You communicate directly and clearly, whether you are dealing with a scope change, a site issue, or a difficult conversation with a client
- You hold a high standard on the work and push back when something is not right, even when it is the easier path to let it go
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential glazing projects from award through to close-out, including curtain wall, window wall, and storefront systems
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating sequencing with site supervisors, suppliers, and general contractors to keep work on track
