Project Execution & Governance: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, critical paths, milestone tracking, resource allocations, and multi-million dollar budgets in compliance with enterprise PMO standards.

LMS Configuration & Integration: Lead the implementation of the new enterprise Learning Management System—overseeing configuration, testing strategy, defect remediation, third-party system integrations, and go-live deployment.

Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate data profiling, extraction, mapping, and validation workflows to transition legacy training data into the target LMS platform.

BAU Transition & Stabilization: Plan and execute post-deployment stabilization, operational handoffs, and transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU) support teams.

Stakeholder Alignment & Vendor Management
Third-Party Partner Management: Manage external software vendors and system implementation partners to hold them accountable to scope, schedule, and commercial deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Talent, Compliance, IT Architecture, and Business Operations.

Executive Governance & RAID: Maintain current RAID logs, cost variance analysis, and executive dashboards; prepare and present weekly updates and Steering Committee decks.

Change Leadership: Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications teams to drive system adoption and operational readiness across all business lines.

Qualifications
Project Management Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations or upgrades (involving system configuration, data migration, integration testing, and deployment).

Domain Focus: Proven experience delivering projects within Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent, or Workforce Enablement business functions.

Vendor Governance: Direct experience managing third-party implementation partners, external software vendors, and multi-stream project dependencies.

Executive Governance: Track record of navigating complex corporate stakeholder environments with executive governance and Steering Committee oversight.

Regulated Sector Exposure: Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environments.

Soft Skills: Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
LMS / LXP Implementation Expertise: Direct experience leading LMS modernization, upgrade, or data migration projects involving platforms such as Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar tools.

Multilingual Rollouts: Experience supporting bilingual or multilingual system implementations.

Learning Analytics: Knowledge of learning analytics, metric tracking, and operational HR reporting tools.

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
