  • Interacting with various clients, advisors and stakeholder groups
  • Interacting with key members within the PwC Valuations and Real Assets teams and across the deals ecosystem by supporting our corporate finance, restructuring, and value creation practices which often have projects with real estate scope

What You'll Bring:

Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
  • Ability to multitask on competing deadlines within a fast paced and team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Your broad real estate background may include a valuation focus with an interest in pursuing an AACI designation
  • An undergraduate degree with a focus on real estate would be highly desirable
  • Some knowledge in one or more of the following would be favourable: highest & best use analysis, leasing strategy, facility management, corporate real estate
