  3. Data Management & Quality: Builds and maintains reliable analytical datasets by sourcing, reconciling, validating, and documenting data from multiple systems; investigates data-quality issues and work with business and technology partners to resolve them.
  4. Process Automation: Automates analytical processes and transition manual spreadsheet-based reporting toward controlled, repeatable, and centralized solutions using appropriate data, visualization, and programming tools.
  5. Methodology & Control Documentation: Prepares clear documentation of data sources, assumptions, methodologies, controls, limitations, and results to support transparency, reproducibility, governance, audit, and regulatory review.
  6. ICAAP & Capital Risk Analytics: Supports the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) by developing and maintaining risk analytics, stress testing, scenario analysis, capital adequacy assessments, and risk appetite monitoring. Evaluates capital requirements under base and stressed conditions, and prepares analysis and documentation for senior management, risk committees, and regulatory review.
  7. Credit Risk Modelling & Model Performance Monitoring: Develops, validates, enhances, and monitors credit risk models, including probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), exposure at default (EAD), risk rating, and portfolio forecasting models. Performs model performance analysis, back-testing, sensitivity analysis, and ongoing monitoring to ensure models remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with regulatory and governance requirements.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Preferably with demonstrated hands-on experience applying data science, statistical modelling, or quantitative analysis through professional work, academic research, a thesis or capstone project, internship, or co-op placement.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant professional experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional designation or progress toward a relevant designation, such as CFA, FRM, CPA, or equivalent, preferred.

  • Working knowledge of statistical modelling, model performance monitoring, data validation, and analytical controls.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring and project-based deliverables, work independently, and meet deadlines in a controlled environment.
