Job description

Your new company

Our client is a well-established homebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential communities. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in marketing initiatives, sales operations, customer interactions, and administrative coordination.

Your new role

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support a wide range of marketing, sales, and administrative functions. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers, you will help coordinate marketing campaigns, manage sales office operations, process home sales, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the creation and production of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, email marketing, website content, floor plans, renderings, signage, and sales collateral.
  • Reviewing marketing and sales materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Managing website updates, social media content reviews, and marketing campaign performance tracking.
  • Supporting new community launches and ensuring sales offices are fully prepared with pricing, contracts, signage, supplies, and marketing materials.
  • Processing Agreements of Purchase and Sale, maintaining purchaser records, and coordinating documentation with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and distributing sales, traffic, and purchaser reports while maintaining accurate databases and registration programs.
  • Responding to purchaser inquiries and providing administrative support related to customer service matters.
  • Assisting with event planning, invoice processing, purchase orders, and general sales and marketing administration.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience within the residential development or new home industry is preferred, either directly with a builder or through an agency supporting homebuilder clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Google Analytics or related marketing platforms is considered an asset.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.

What you'll get in return

In return, you'll have the opportunity to join a respected and growing organization that values collaboration, professionalism, and career development. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of residential sales and marketing, work alongside experienced industry professionals, and contribute to the successful launch and delivery of new home communities. A competitive compensation package and the opportunity for long-term career growth are also offered.
