Skills:

The required skills such as strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for engaging potential clients and understanding their needs, which directly impacts sales success. Time management and self-motivation skills enable the candidate to efficiently handle a commission-based role where independent work and discipline are critical. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office supports daily tracking of sales activities and client information, ensuring organized and effective follow-up. Preferred skills like industry-specific knowledge and bilingualism enhance the candidate’s ability to connect with a wider range of customers and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
