Job description

Let’s be honest, you’re not just a coordinator.

You’re someone who wants to understand what’s behind the sales numbers, not just report them. You keep inventory, pricing and contracts accurate and current, you spot the trend before it becomes a problem, and you make our builder partners’ lives easier.

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Director, Planning & Sales across Calgary’s land development portfolio. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll work with market and data analysis, lot sales tracking and administration, and inventory monitoring, gaining exposure to every facet of our business as part of the land development team.

You are

  • Analytical, with strong financial literacy and business acumen
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple functions and deadlines at once
  • A strong communicator, written and verbal, who can prepare and format materials for senior leadership
  • A team player who enjoys working across development, accounting, finance and marketing

You will

  • Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports tracking lot inventory, third-party sales and lot sales against budget and pro forma targets
  • Analyze sales trends across the Anthem portfolio, by community, product and lot type, to inform release timing and pricing recommendations
  • Monitor competitive community pricing, incentives and product positioning across the Calgary market, and summarize key findings
  • Conduct site and show home visits to gather real-time market intelligence, and share monthly reports with the Director and project team
  • Support the development of lot pricing for all active projects in collaboration with the project teams
  • Administer lot contracts, monitor deposits and payouts, and flag potential risks for the project team
  • Maintain inventory and pricing sheets, and manage the LotWorks inventory system so lot sales activity, contracts, lot holds, spec home listings and multifamily sales are accurate and current
  • Develop sales materials for bulk sales and builder meetings
  • Support the copywriting, formatting and editing of financial partner and management-ready reports, sales dashboards and presentations that summarize performance by community, product and phase
  • Coordinate with builder partners’ sales and marketing teams, area sales managers and show home staff
  • With the Director, support collaboration with Marketing and the broader project team to plan and execute show home and community launches, including signage audits, collateral reviews and event coordination
  • Liaise with development, accounting, finance and marketing to align sales reporting with construction, financing and other project timelines
  • Support the Director in preparing materials for leadership meetings, partner updates and investor reporting, as required
  • Conduct market research to assess new community opportunities, demographic trends and competitors’ land positions

You have

  • Two to five years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and financial literacy/business acumen
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance data analysis and improve efficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple functions and deadlines concurrently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and format materials for senior leadership

We have

  • Great, diverse, authentic people!
  • Unlimited career growth opportunities
  • Mentorship from the ‘best in the biz’
  • A Corporate Giving Strategy supporting community development
  • Annual salary reviews and performance bonuses
  • 100% employer paid Benefit Plan with Healthcare Spending Account and Employee Assistance Program
  • An Educational Assistance Program
  • ‘Dress for your day’ policy… and more!
