Job Description:

• Responsible for enabling enterprise oversight of material Change the Bank delivery work through disciplined governance, portfolio reporting and executive insight. The role supports Enterprise Delivery executive reviews by coordinating intake, analysis and monitoring to inform decisions, resolve delivery barriers and strengthen execution.

• Support implementation and transition to the ongoing Enterprise Delivery Council model, including mandate, scope, decision rights, membership, cadence, quorum, delegation and governance ownership.
• Coordinate enterprise delivery intake for qualifying business cases requiring Chief Financial Officer or Chief Executive Officer review, initiatives with persistent risk, benefits erosion, cross-bank dependencies and capacity conflicts. Monitor material changes managed within segment governance and escalate those that meet enterprise review criteria.
• Apply consistent criteria across customer and stakeholder impacts, cross-segment dependencies, technology, operational and change readiness, risk and controls, downstream impacts and competing capacity demands.
• Integrate portfolio data, delivery trends, business case health, financial performance, high-risk initiatives and benefits realization into concise pre-reads, executive commentary and recommendations.
• Maintain auditable records of decisions, conditions, actions, owners, due dates, approval routes and outcomes.
• Provide analytical support that strengthens rather than duplicates existing segment delivery governance while preserving segment accountability for execution, risk and delivery.

CUSTOMER

• Prepare concise materials that clearly state the required decision or intervention, options, recommendation, affected areas, prior approvals and enterprise implications.

• Escalate non-standard, high-risk or unresolved matters in accordance with decision rights, risk appetite and governance requirements.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

• Build trusted relationships across segments and enterprise functions, coordinating contributions and using constructive challenge to resolve issues and reinforce accountability.
• Lead walkthroughs and working sessions to clarify requirements, review criteria and evidence expectations.
• Promote consistent governance and reporting practices through guidance, templates, knowledge transfer and coaching.
• Bring an analytical, curious and collaborative approach, balancing reporting discipline with practical judgment and a clear enterprise lens.

BREADTH & DEPTH

• Operate independently as a senior analyst and subject matter expert across enterprise delivery governance, portfolio reporting and Enterprise Delivery Council orchestration.
• Apply enterprise judgment to assess material Change the Bank initiatives and distinguish systemic exposure from local execution issues.
• Influence senior stakeholders through fact-based insight, clear recommendations and disciplined follow-up, without direct execution authority.
• Balance monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with event-driven intake and issue escalation.
• Lead workstreams that advance Enterprise Delivery Council maturity, enhance enterprise delivery reporting and support continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, computer science or a related discipline; graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise delivery, portfolio management, governance, reporting, analytics or transformation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and governance forums with polished, concise materials.
