  • Design and deliver scalable automation for recurring inventory workflows, including deal setup validation, supply audits, and reporting, using SQL, Python, and AI-assisted tooling
  • Partner with Inventory Development, Technical Program, and Product teams to shape commercialization strategy, surface supply gaps, and influence the product roadmap with data
  • Guide the Sales team on complex RFPs, recommending inventory, measurement, and data solutions and building the analysis that supports them
  • Define and maintain team standards for data quality, documentation, and troubleshooting playbooks
  • Identify supply trends, pricing shifts, and performance opportunities proactively, and bring recommendations to leadership before they're requested

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or a data-focused role within ad tech, programmatic, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of leading data projects end to end, from scoping through delivery and adoption
  • Expert-level SQL and strong experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms and BI tools such as StarRocks, Snowflake, Redshift, ThoughtSpot, or Elasticsearch/Kibana
  • Ability to explain detailed technical analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs and other platforms is a plus
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to prioritize across competing high-impact issues
  • Python, scripting, or experience building AI-assisted workflows is a plus
