Our client is an established architectural practice located in Victoria, BC, known for thoughtful design, technical excellence, and collaborative project delivery.

The firm works on meaningful institutional and educational projects, including K-12 schools and public sector facilities that make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.

Why Consider Relocating to Victoria?

Victoria offers a unique combination of rewarding career opportunities and an incredible West Coast lifestyle.

Imagine finishing your workday and heading to the ocean, exploring coastal trails on weekends, or enjoying the city's restaurants, cafés, and vibrant downtown.

Compared with Toronto, Victoria offers a smaller-city atmosphere, shorter commutes for many residents, and easy access to nature, all without giving up the amenities of a provincial capital.

Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, kayaking, beaches, or simply a more relaxed pace of life, Victoria offers a wonderful place to put down roots.

Why Join?

For an experienced Architectural Technologist looking for a change of scenery without taking a step back professionally, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful institutional and educational projects while enjoying everything Vancouver Island has to offer.

You will be joining an established architectural practice where you can take on significant technical responsibilities, mentor developing team members, and contribute to successful project delivery from design through construction.

You will also benefit from:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience

  • Hybrid work arrangement

  • Opportunity to relocate to one of Canada's most desirable coastal cities

  • Meaningful institutional, educational, and public sector projects

  • Significant responsibility for technical documentation and construction administration

  • Opportunity to take on project management responsibilities on select projects

  • Direct collaboration with experienced architects and design professionals

  • Opportunity to mentor junior technologists and contribute to team development

  • Supportive, collaborative studio environment

  • Opportunities for professional growth and technical leadership

  • Access to Vancouver Island's outdoor recreation and coastal lifestyle

  • Participation in team events and studio activities
