We employ about 3000 people across Canada, and we truly care about our colleagues, our clients and the communities where we work and live. That’s what’s most important to us. We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.

• Assist in preparing complex financial models to evaluate and pursue financial and operational restructuring opportunities across business operations.
• Assist in preparing confidential information memoranda and transaction documentation (e.g., buyer lists, confidentiality agreements) and in compiling and managing electronic data rooms
• Support project execution by collecting, integrating and summarizing research and other information, and preparing for client deliverables.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop and validate recommendations, offers and counteroffers.
• Support client engagements related to formal and informal restructuring and liquidation processes.
• Liaise with lenders, creditors, debtors, legal counsel and other stakeholders.
• Identify issues, assess implications and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including research to support pitches, proposals and prospecting, and attendance at related events.
