  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code and configuration-as-code practices, including Terraform where appropriate.

Release & Environment Management

  • Support end-to-end release activities across development, test and production environments.
  • Implement deployment controls, automated testing, validation, rollback and release practices appropriate for security-critical platforms.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and reduce manual operational activities.
  • Maintain clear release documentation, operational procedures and evidence required for controlled changes.

  • Build monitoring, alerting, observability and operational automation to proactively identify service health issues.
  • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, problem management and reliability improvements.
  • Develop automation and operational tooling that improve resiliency and reduce repetitive operational work.

Identity Platform Engineering

  • Work closely with IAM engineers to automate and operate Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory capabilities.
  • Support secure engineering and deployment patterns for enterprise authentication services.
  • Apply security-by-design principles across CI/CD, infrastructure automation, secrets handling and platform operations.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, technical documentation and continuous improvement

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Strong experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.

  • Experience with production release management, monitoring, observability, incident response and SRE practices.
  • Strong understanding of secure software delivery and DevSecOps principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and deployment issues across application, infrastructure, identity and cloud environments.
  • Experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management or authentication technologies is a strong asset, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, MFA, Conditional Access or passwordless authentication.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, security, architecture and operations teams.
