- Work with Ryse’s compliance and regulatory teams to explain program requirements, reporting expectations, timelines, risks, and service options in clear, client-ready language.

Grow account value and commercial opportunities
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through additional EPR compliance services, recycling programs, reporting solutions, take-back solutions, material recovery initiatives, or advisory support.
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, renewals, amendments, and contract negotiations in partnership with internal leaders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may create new opportunities for Ryse.
Use data to improve decisions and service
- Monitor account performance across service quality, financial performance, operational execution, reporting accuracy, diversion/recycling outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Translate data and operational feedback into business insights that clients can act on.

- Responsible for the continued improvement and usage of the CRM. Ensuring all required team members understand and utilize the CRM to its fullest capabilities
Coordinate delivery across the organization
- Work closely with operations, compliance, finance, data/technology, marketing, and business development teams to ensure clients receive coordinated support.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic partnerships, sales, business development, commercial relationship management, or client advisory roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong commercial judgement, including experience supporting renewals, proposals, pricing discussions, or contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical, regulatory, or operational information into clear client-facing messaging.
