Overview

Senior Manager Agile Program Management

As a Senior Manager in Agile Program Management, acting as an Agile Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of agile projects across product teams. You will ensure the alignment of project goals with business objectives, manage project timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery. In this role, you will leverage agile methodologies to drive cross-functional team collaboration, optimize workflows, and ensure that value is consistently delivered. Your focus will be on maintaining project transparency, facilitating agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

Lead Agile project execution, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of Agile initiatives for digital or Martech transformation programs.

Manage cross-functional teams to drive Agile program management best practices and align projects with business objectives.

Apply AI fluency to raise both efficiency and efficacy: use AI to cut the effort behind planning, backlog refinement, status reporting, risk analysis, and dependency tracking, and to improve the quality of decisions and delivery outcomes.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to enhance team efficiency.

Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure seamless execution.

Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value-driven solutions.

Guide client and delivery teams through digital and martech transformation, including platform migrations, data and customer-journey orchestration, and personalization at scale, so that business outcomes are realized, not just releases shipped.

Develop Agile governance structures, dashboards, and performance metrics to track and optimize project execution, using AI-assisted insights to surface issues early and measure impact.

Coach teams to adopt AI tools responsibly and consistently, setting practices that make AI-enabled delivery repeatable across programs.

Provide leadership and mentorship to Agile teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean-Agile thinking.

Work with senior leadership to drive Agile transformation strategies and enterprise agility.

Expertise in digital and/or martech transformation work, with a record of delivering programs across digital/marketing technology, customer data, and engagement platforms.

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, SAFe toolkits, and Agile dashboards.
