  • Proven success delivering marine structural projects in a dual role as both Project Manager and Engineer of Record for public and private sector clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with floating structures and aluminum structures is a strong asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian design codes for steel, concrete, and aluminum, with working familiarity with international marine codes and standards.
  • Advanced proficiency with structural analysis and design software is a strong asset.
