You are the bridge between technical IT and business teams, bringing a blend of technical expertise, strong business process understanding, and a pragmatic approach to solution design. You serve as the ambassador and driving force behind the analytics arm of the team, enabling clarity, insight, and data‑driven decisions across the portfolio. Reporting to the Leader, Solutions Delivery CoE, you will play a critical role in delivering Planview enhancements and modernisation initiatives across the Interac ecosystem, supporting strategic outcomes, enterprise alignment, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Financial management and budgeting

  • Resource and capacity planning

  • Time reporting

  • Strategic portfolio and investment management

  • Lead or support system upgrades and rollouts of new Planview features and modules

  • Provide application support, issue resolution, and performance optimisation

  • Manage user access, roles, and resource lifecycle administration

  • Design and deliver custom dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations using:

  • Planview analytics and reporting tools

  • Power BI (Desktop and Pro)

  • Microsoft Report Builder (v16+)

  • SQL queries against Planview datasets

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand portfolio, reporting, visualization and decision-support needs

  • Translate business requirements into Planview system enhancements and reporting solutions

  • Deliver tailored training (1:1 and group) for project managers, executives, and delivery teams

  • Develop clear training materials, job aids, and reference documentation

  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leadership audiences

  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement

  • Apply change management practices to ensure successful implementation and sustained usage

  • What You Bring:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner gracefully with senior leaders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related fields

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios

  • Comfort with Jira tools (nice to have)

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau and Microsoft Access

  • Proven experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform)

  • Training in SQL, relational databases management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL or MS Access and/or data analysis

  • Experience working within or alongside a Portfolio Management Office (PMO/EPMO)

  • Planview Portfolios Administrator Certification

  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and reporting architectures

  • Experience with requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and vendor/SOW management

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
