  • Provide technical oversight, review documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Perform site engineering support (modifications, problem-solving, lift studies)
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, and scope changes, and support change management processes
  • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure integration and delivery of project requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, including project-specific plans, inspections, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience in project engineering and project delivery within mining, mineral processing industries
  • Experience acting in both project engineering and project management capacities
  • Strong experience with site-based activities during construction and commissioning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and risks
  • Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and engineering practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Primavera preferred; MS Project minimum)

Position Details:
