Support delivery planning for AI-powered training capabilities, such as adaptive virtual patients, conversational AI, and personalized feedback.
Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies clearly.
Manage scope, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery expectations while balancing stakeholder needs with team capacity, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, product demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Establish practical, scalable project management processes and improve collaboration across product, engineering, design, QA, and research teams.
Maintain delivery documentation, decision logs, acceptance criteria, release-readiness processes, defect management, and lessons learned.
Contribute to proposals, estimates, statements of work, and planning for future XR engagements, while helping build delivery capabilities that extend beyond the current program.
At least 7 years of experience in software project management, technical production, or program delivery, including substantial hands-on Agile and Scrum leadership.
At least 3 years of experience delivering XR, VR, AR, real-time 3D, simulation, or similarly complex interactive applications.
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams involving software engineers, designers, technical artists, and product stakeholders.

Experience delivering technology projects in professional services, consulting, agency, or other client-facing environments.
Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
