  • Ensure tips and product commissions are correctly assigned to team members.
  • Perform staff scheduling, track hours, manage vacation and leave requests, and submit timesheets and invoices for bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and oversee training programs to ensure performance milestones are met.
  • Administer performance management reviews, provide coaching and disciplinary actions in consultation with the HR Specialist, and hold regular staff meetings.
  • Respond to client complaints within 24 hours and ensure all front-of-house service and brand presentation standards are met or exceeded.
  • Support in-store marketing, promotional campaigns, and participation in networking and trade show events.
  • Step in to manage full store operations during the owner's absence.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience is required.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in retail, fitness, hospitality, or a similar high-volume, customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use basic formulas, and read and interpret data.
  • Strong written communication skills, including professional grammar, spelling, punctuation, and email etiquette.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and memory
  • A critical thinker who takes initiative and solves problems independently
  • Confident, direct, and assertive. Comfortable enforcing policies and having tough conversations when needed.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with 30 to 45 daily clients and back-to-back appointments.
  • Comfortable with technology, including client management systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to reliably commute to Sherwood Park, AB T8A 5W9.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
