o Onsite and offsite materials management program activities covering various geographically dispersed facilities and laydowns; and

o Transportation and logistics planning and execution, including remote, arctic locations.

· Plan, develop, coordinate and lead the team of supply chain personnel required to support all supply chain functions on the project.

· Serve as the primary interface with client representatives on supply chain matters, including collaboration, reporting, obtaining required approvals, and resolving issues.

· Collaborate with internal project stakeholders across Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, HSE, Quality, Legal, Finance, and Document Control to align supply chain execution with project requirements.

· Implement Worley governance requirements and delegated approval authorities, provide execution support, and serve as an escalation point for high-risk or complex supply chain issues involving the project team, client, and external supply chain partners.

· Ensure plans, strategies, and activities appropriately support the project’s initiatives for strong local and Indigenous participation.

· Maintain a supply chain risk register and mitigation actions, identify opportunities to improve supplier and subcontractor cost and execution performance, and monitor procurement schedules, critical awards, and long-lead equipment and material deliveries.

· Provide supply chain reporting and performance metrics to meet various client and project requirements, and to increase supply chain function visibility and successful management of the project.

· Implement approved supply chain processes, systems, tools, protocols, forms, and templates in collaboration with functional managers.

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of relevant supply chain management leadership experience spanning procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and transportation and logistics.

· Experience of successfully engaging with client executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders.

· University degree, or professional designation in Supply Chain Management or equivalent education or experience.

· Experience in all commercial contracting models/risk profiles (Fixed Price/Unit Rates/Reimbursable, etc.) and their related commercial risks.

· Experience in construction execution projects; ideally in in the Oil & Gas industry and in remote, isolated, and/or arctic locations and conditions.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.

· Positive motivational leadership style with strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high-performance culture.

· Creative thinking skills and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.

· Strong negotiation skills and a strong understanding of contract law.

· Extensive project delivery and governance experience, including major projects.
