Caseware combines over 35 years of industry expertise with AI-powered technology to transform how audit and accounting professionals work. Serving organizations across 130 countries, we bring intelligent automation directly into audit and financial reporting workflows—helping professionals reduce manual work, navigate complexity, and focus on informed decisions. Join our global team and help build technology that strengthens trust in financial information.

Caseware is seeking a NetSuite Administrator/Developer to support and evolve our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role will focus on system administration, configuration, customization, and integrations that enable finance and business teams to operate effectively at scale. Working closely with Finance, RevOps, and IT, you will help optimize workflows, maintain data integrity across connected systems, and deliver solutions that improve automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong integration experience, and a solid understanding of financial and commercial business processes. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the systems that power core business operations.

❗This is a new vacancy.

❗This is a full-time, permanent position.

📍This is a hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to work three days a week at our Toronto office (351 King St E, Toronto, ON).

What you will be doing:

Assist the Finance/Enterprise Systems team in administering and configuring the NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, custom records and forms to support finance and business operations.

Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, billing, payroll, and data warehouse platforms) using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and middleware/iPaaS tools.

Partner with Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable NetSuite configurations and customizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures across connected financial systems, ensuring timely break-fix support.

Support quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, and lead-to-revenue workflows by maintaining data integrity between NetSuite and upstream/downstream systems like Salesforce.

Lead or support NetSuite upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management, minimizing disruption to financial operations.

Develop and maintain custom scripts (SuiteScript), scheduled scripts, workflows, and RESTlets to automate manual processes and extend NetSuite functionality.

Support integration of acquired entities into NetSuite, including data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and workflow standardization.

Create and maintain technical documentation, process runbooks, and training materials for system configurations, integrations, and end-user procedures.

Ensure system security, SOX/audit compliance, and adherence to data governance standards across financial systems.

Participate in sprint grooming, standups, and retrospectives to plan, track, and continuously improve delivery of enhancements and support work.

What you will bring:

Three (3)+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator and/or Developer, including hands-on configuration, customization, and scripting.

Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST web services), and SuiteBuilder customizations.

Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Avalara, payment processors, data warehouses) via APIs or middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).

Solid understanding of core financial and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

Familiarity with commercial and financial workflows including quote-to-cash, subscription management, and lead-to-revenue.

Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and system integration testing.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects in JIRA, including supporting refinement and sprint planning.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across integrated systems.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) is an asset.

Salary Range:

The annual base salary for this position is between $90,000 CAD and $115,000 CAD per year.

This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location.
