Summary: As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for finding top technical talent to support various departments’ hiring goals. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, organized, and effective. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and closing candidates. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pools for niche AI, ML, and software roles to reduce time-to-hire for critical engineering positions.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. Help with generating reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.

  • Job Postings & Advertising: Assist in drafting and posting job ads across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect the role.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in robotics and/or AI

  • Process Builder Mentality: You have experience (or a strong desire) to move beyond purely filling reqs and want to actively participate in building TA systems, workflows, and employer branding strategies.
