Job description

At Tecsys, the software we deliver keeps hospitals, pharmacies and distributors supplied with what they need, when they need it. Every role here connects to that outcome.

Why This Role Matters

As a Technology & Architecture Solution Consultant, you will join a team at the heart of how Tecsys earns customer trust by connecting our security, cloud, AI, and technology capabilities with customer needs.

You’ll engage directly with customer security teams, IT leaders, architects, and executives to discuss cloud architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, AI governance, and resilience, working alongside Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, and Security. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, turning security and technology conversations from procurement hurdles into opportunities to build trust. Your work will help customers confidently evaluate Tecsys as a strategic technology partner and support company growth.

What You’ll Be Part Of

Tecsys is trusted by mission-critical organizations in healthcare and distribution to power resilient, efficient and secure supply chains. We are a global provider of cloud-based AI-driven software, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: TCS).

Three values guide how we work. We earn trust daily by valuing the customer and acting with integrity. We build each other up by recognizing individual strengths and working as one team. And we explore boldly by staying curious and adapting for success.

You’ll join a culture driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and people who challenge what’s possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor in customer and prospect conversations on security, cloud architecture, privacy, AI governance, integrations, and platform capabilities.
  • Lead customer facing technical and security discussions throughout the sales cycle, including discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
  • Present to audiences ranging from technical architects and security teams to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Product Managers, and Security teams to address customer concerns and accelerate strategic opportunities.
  • Support the sales process as part of the pre-sales team, contributing technical and security expertise to prospect conversations, proposals, and RFP responses to help win and grow customer relationships.
  • Coordinate responses to customer security assessments, vendor risk reviews, and technical due diligence requests, working with internal security, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams to keep answers accurate and timely.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer security and trust-related inquiries, explaining security controls and practices in terms that are clear and relevant to each customer.
  • Contribute to customer facing trust, security, and privacy materials, and identify recurring customer concerns to improve trust content and messaging with Product Management, Marketing, and Security.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20% depending on location.

Requirements

What You Bring

You do not need to match every line below. If most of it describes you, apply:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Technical Product Management, Customer Trust, Technical Customer Success or Sales.
  • Experience participating in customer-facing technical discussions within a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience in or alongside a sales environment, such as technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical consulting, with an understanding of the sales cycle and how to support it.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software evaluations, RFPs, procurement processes, or technology assessments.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, customer-facing, and executive audiences.

Benefits

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Remote-first flexibility and the trust to manage your own time
  • Benefits and vacation from day one
  • Pension plan with competitive employer contribution
  • Employee events and community initiatives
  • Room to learn, stretch and take on new challenges
