This hands-on leadership role combines strategic thinking, relationship building, and commercial execution, requiring an established RegTech network and a proven ability to turn strategic relationships into revenue.

  • Convert relationships into signed agreements and recurring revenue.
  • Track measurable commercial outcomes, including pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or risk intelligence.
  • Established network within the RegTech and/or FinTech ecosystem.
  • Proven success developing strategic partnerships and converting them into revenue.
  • Strong understanding of technology integrations, enterprise sales, and partnership models.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, results-oriented, and able to operate autonomously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
