- Proposal and technical strategy: Lead or support the development of technical approaches for proposals, including scope development, methodology, fee assumptions, and practical delivery strategies.
- Waste management consulting: Provide senior consulting support in areas such as landfill design and operations, landfill gas management, compost and organics facilities, transfer stations, waste reduction programs, regulatory compliance, waste storage, transportation, and disposal.
- Feasibility studies and options analysis: Complete feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses to help clients make informed decisions about waste infrastructure, operational improvements, and technology options.
- Mentorship and team development: Provide technical mentorship to junior and intermediate staff, support peer reviews, and contribute to the growth of the Western Canada and North American Waste Management teams.
- Collaboration with technical disciplines: Work collaboratively with GHD’s Engineering Design Organization and other technical disciplines to develop complete, integrated solutions for clients, contractors, suppliers, and project partners.
- Health, safety, and environment: Promote GHD’s HSE culture by supporting safe project delivery, monitoring performance, and taking action to address risks, non-compliance, or opportunities for improvement.
