  • 3+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, learning and development, change management, digital transformation, consulting, innovation, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering engaging training, workshops, demonstrations, or communities of practice to business audiences.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and practical familiarity with generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience with, or the technical curiosity and aptitude to learn, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • The ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, learning experiences, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • The ability to build relationships across executive, business, and technical teams while making AI accessible to employees with different levels of experience.
