· Supporting valuation oversight, cash and liquidity monitoring, exposure and income reporting, operational due diligence, investment onboarding, documentation management and key covenant or lifecycle-event tracking.
· Executing reconciliations and operational controls over transactions, cash movements, positions, valuations and fees; maintain procedures, workpapers, issue logs and audit-ready control evidence.
· Using approved technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, data quality and process consistency while meeting control, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
· Supporting testing, implementation and validation of workflows, controls, templates, reporting and system enhancements in eFront, Aladdin and related investment or operational platforms.
As a member of this team, you will be expected to:

· Build effective working relationships with investment teams, external managers, administrators, custodians, loan agents, counterparties, service providers and auditors.
· Manage assigned priorities, communicate status, blockers and deadline conflicts clearly, and escalate operational risks, exceptions and control concerns promptly.
· Seek feedback, incorporate review comments, support team coverage, and contribute to process improvement, automation and operational transformation initiatives.
