The Opportunity

Behind every successful TimShop.ca launch is a seamless online shopping experience from accurate product listings and compelling imagery to product availability and timely execution.

As our Retail E-Commerce Analyst, you’ll help bring that experience to life. Working closely with the E-Commerce Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and continued growth of Timshop.ca, ensuring our products, promotions and collections launch accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role that combines e-commerce operations, performance analysis and cross-functional coordination. You’ll independently manage routine website activities, use data to identify opportunities and collaborate with teams across Category, Creative & Storytelling and Planning & Inventory to deliver a great customer experience.

Reporting to: E-Commerce Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations: Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing and promotions on Shopify. Perform regular website checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality and a seamless shopping experience.
  • Coordinate product launches and campaigns: Support launches from product setup through go-live, ensuring product information, samples, creative assets and timelines are aligned. Track deliverables and flag potential delays.
  • Support inventory and fulfillment operations: Monitor product availability, identify stockouts and fulfillment issues, and coordinate with the OMNI Planning & Inventory Manager, Supply Chain and other partners to support timely resolution.
  • Analyze performance and maintain reporting: Use Shopify, Excel and other reporting tools to track sales, product performance and key e-commerce metrics. Maintain dashboards, identify trends and highlight opportunities to improve results.
  • Manage digital assets and creative coordination: Organize and maintain product photography and digital assets for TimShop.ca and other approved uses. Support product sample coordination, photoshoot preparation and creative projects as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement and cross-functional execution: Track operational priorities, coordinate with internal and external partners, and help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the online customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations or related analytical or coordination role, with exposure to e-commerce or digital workflows.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and the ability to organize, analyze and interpret data accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage deadlines and follow through on deliverables.
  • Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, learning new systems and identifying practical solutions to operational challenges.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform, including product management, website updates or online merchandising.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics, web analytics or reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Exposure to CRM and email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo
  • Experience coordinating product samples, photoshoots or digital asset libraries.
  • Experience in retail, consumer products or direct-to-consumer e-commerce.

Why Join Us?

You'll gain hands-on experience in a growing part of our Retail business while contributing ideas that improve how we operate and serve our customers.
