- Participate in internal quality audits across your portfolio
- Maintain high file quality standards at or above 95 percent
- Ensure timely and accurate sales tax filings, including GST, HST, PST, and PSB
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Team Support & Development
- Mentor and support bookkeepers and junior accountants
- Guide technical questions and day-to-day execution
- Participate in team training and knowledge sharing
- Support Controllers in driving accountability and delivery standards
Client Success & Growth
- Build strong relationships with client teams
- Respond to client communication within one business day
- Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives

- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dext, and cloud-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Career Progression
You will gain hands-on experience in client advisory, financial leadership, and team development.
