The RTR Product Associate role will report to the Group Product Manager, Leader, RTR, and work closely with RTR Product, Technology Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and delivery partners supporting operational readiness and execution.

The RTR Product Associate plays a key support role across RTR product execution, operational readiness, resource tracking, and delivery governance. This role helps maintain accurate planning data, supports Planview updates, tracks users and access needs, coordinates software licensing inputs, and helps ensure product activities are organized, visible, and aligned to RTR priorities.

What You Will Do:

  • Support RTR product planning, execution, and operational readiness activities across product, technology, business operations, and delivery teams.

  • Maintain and reconcile Planview data, including resource allocations, headcount tracking, milestones, and delivery inputs required for RTR reporting.

  • Track RTR users, onboarding status, access requirements, and role assignments to support operational readiness and team coordination.

  • Coordinate software licensing tracking, including license needs, renewals, usage inputs, and flow-down information required for RTR planning and governance.

  • Support product and delivery reporting by consolidating updates, risks, actions, decisions, owners, and due dates for RTR leadership discussions.

  • Assist with tracking requirements, defects, enhancements, service requests, and delivery dependencies across approved RTR systems of record.

  • Monitor product and operational inputs post-launch; escalate gaps, risks, and opportunities to the RTR Product Lead and accountable owners.

  • Help prioritize follow-ups and maintain clear timelines for RTR product, readiness, and governance activities.

  • Create and maintain support materials, tracking logs, summaries, and reference documents for internal RTR stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve RTR visibility and governance.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of product, program, operations, delivery coordination, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, follow up proactively, and maintain accurate tracking across multiple workstreams.

  • Comfort working with planning, reporting, and tracking tools such as Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

  • Familiarity with resource planning, user onboarding, access tracking, software licensing, and governance support.

  • Ability to organize data, identify gaps, reconcile inputs, and prepare concise updates for product and leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize follow-ups, and contribute to team delivery goals.

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
