You love the chase, you push past your targets, and you know how to close deals through a consultative sales process.

LEAP leads the world in cloud-based legal practice management software. More than 100,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms use our software. You’ll be one of over 1,000 smart, caring and ambitious LEAPsters across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand. Things move fast here, and you’ll be in good company.

***This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in our Toronto office.

What you’ll do
Sell LEAP software and achieve your revenue quota

  • Run webinar demos and sales presentations that show firms what LEAP can do for them
  • Follow up on every task, email and activity needed to win as many opportunities as possible
  • Negotiate to get the best price, and use incentives when they help close the deal
  • Aim for the highest possible close rate on every lead

Own your territory

  • Build a sales strategy for your assigned region
  • Keep a quarterly business plan with clear goals and KPI tracking
  • Work closely with your BDR team so you’re aligned and winning together
  • Build relationships with customers who can open doors to more firms
  • Prospect in your territory and take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline growth

Manage your pipeline

  • Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate tasks, notes and forecasting
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contacts at the prospect firm to give every deal its best shot
  • Bring in teammates and leadership when it helps move a deal forward

Keep growing

  • Be open to coaching and feedback, and use tools like Gong to sharpen your skills
  • Build strong product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Make the most of our sales assets throughout the sales process

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology, with a proven record of hitting or beating quota

  • Consultative selling skills. You find the real business problem and show how your solution fixes it
  • Confidence with decision-makers. You can build trust with senior partners, directors and business owners, and hold your own in commercial conversations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, from a sharp follow-up email to a compelling live demo
  • Organization and discipline. You manage your time, pipeline and forecast with accuracy
  • A strong will to win, plus the coachability to keep getting better

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to law firms or other professional services firms
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
