📍 Location: Burnaby, BC | In-Clinic Role

At Resolve Sleep Health, we believe better sleep leads to better days. Our team is passionate about helping Canadians across the country get the care they need to sleep well and feel their best. As we continue to grow, we're honoured to have been named one of The Globe and Mail's Report on Business Top Growing Companies for 2026.

As Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services, with over 145 clinics and growing, we’re transforming the way patients experience care. Through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, we’re making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing.

We are currently seeking a Clinician (RN, LPN, RRT, or RPSGT) to join our team supporting our clinics in Burnaby, BC. This casual role is focused on Saturday coverage and vacation relief as needed.

This role is primarily focused on expanding our Saturday clinic coverage and will also provide vacation and leave coverage based on the successful candidate's availability. As the clinician may work independently on Saturdays, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the CPAP and sleep industry.

As a Clinician, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your passion for patient care. You’ll assess and manage sleep-related concerns, deliver personalized treatment plans, and support patients on their journey toward healthier living.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working directly with patients to assess sleep health needs and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Setting up and supporting CPAP equipment and providing patient education in a professional and compassionate manner, with friendly, high-quality service standards
  • Collaborating with physicians and other care providers to ensure effective, coordinated care
  • Supporting therapy adherence, preventative maintenance support and patient outcomes through regular follow-ups
  • Assisting patients with insurance claims and funding navigation
  • Documenting patient interactions in EMRs and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting clinic operations and driving sleep health-related product sales
  • Acting as role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values.

What you bring:

  • Must hold an active RRT, RN, LPN, or RPSGT credential
  • A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing clinical care and retail sales, bonus points for experience in retail sales
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with sleep therapies, CPAP therapy and virtual care is a strong asset
  • Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, EMR, virtual care tools)
  • Full training provided

Why you’ll love working here:

We know our people are the key to our success, so we invest in making Resolve a great place to work, with:

  • Competitive pay
  • RRSP's
  • Health & Dental Benefits
  • Employee Family Assistance Program
  • Wellness + vacation hours
  • Employee discounts on products/services
  • Professional development & license fee reimbursement
  • A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture
